Basic Utilities

The schema pml-baseTypes.xsd contains a set of complex types and simple types that are used by other schemas. The types, or utilities, are used in a variety of cases. Their single implementation provides for rapid and less error-prone changes throughout an implementation.

To provide some insight into the type of information that is being repurposed, here is a sample of these utilities:

• Empty Element
