`<cat>` (Category)

This element specifies a category in the user interface where this layout definition will display to the user.

In this example we define a single category called relationship which has a priority of 19000. ]

Attributes	Description
`<pri>` (Priority)	The priority within the category for this diagram determines the order in which it will display in the user interface. Lower numbers are displayed at the beginning of the list. The possible values for this attribute are defined by the XML Schema unsignedInt datatype.
`<type>` (Category Type)	Specifies the category type associated with the element. The possible values for this attribute are defined by the XML Schema anyURI datatype.
