This element describes the center of the rotation used to rotate a motion path by X angle.

<x> (X coordinate)

This attribute describes the X coordinate.

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the ST_Percentage simple type (§5.1.12.41).

<y> (Y coordinate)

This attribute describes the Y coordinate.

The possible values for this attribute are defined by the ST_Percentage simple type (§5.1.12.41).
