DISC
Syntax:
DISC ( settlement , maturity , pr , redemption [ , [ basis ] ] )
Description: Computes the discount rate for a security.
Mathematical Formula:

B = number of days in a year, depending on the year basis.DSM = number of days between settlement and maturity.
