SUBSTITUTE
Syntax:
SUBSTITUTE ( string , old-string , new-string [ , occurence ] )
Description: Produces a new string that is string with one or all occurrences of old-string replaced by new-string.

However, if occurance < 0, #VALUE!
is returned.
